1. Scope of Services

Horeca Portal L.L.C. provides recruitment services to match qualified Candidates with Clients’ specified roles in Dubai and the MENA region. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying, sourcing, and screening potential Candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Presenting shortlisted Candidates to the Client based on the agreed-upon job description and requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews between Candidates and the Client and facilitating communication throughout the recruitment process.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

The Company strives to deliver recruitment services within the timelines discussed with the Client. However, the time required for fulfillment may vary based on factors such as:

  • The specificity and complexity of the job requirements.
  • The availability of qualified Candidates in the market.
  • The response times and feedback provided by the Client during the process.

Horeca Portal L.L.C. aims to provide an estimated timeline at the beginning of each recruitment engagement. Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback to facilitate the recruitment process.

3. Client Responsibilities

The success of the recruitment process depends on both Horeca Portal L.L.C. and the Client fulfilling their respective roles. The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing clear job descriptions, role requirements, and organizational culture insights.
  • Responding to communications promptly and providing timely feedback on shortlisted Candidates.
  • Notifying Horeca Portal L.L.C. of any changes to the job description, role requirements, or hiring preferences.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the fulfillment timeline or the outcome of the recruitment process.

4. Candidate Replacement Guarantee

Horeca Portal L.L.C. offers a Candidate replacement guarantee if a hired Candidate leaves or is terminated within the guarantee period (usually ranging from 1 to 3 months). This replacement guarantee is subject to:

  • The reason for the Candidate’s departure being related to performance and not external factors (e.g., organizational restructuring).
  • Compliance with all agreed-upon terms in the service agreement.
  • Prompt notification by the Client of the Candidate’s departure.

If a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, Horeca Portal L.L.C. may consider issuing a credit or a partial refund, as specified in the service agreement.

5. Quality Assurance

Horeca Portal L.L.C. adheres to high standards in assessing and screening Candidates to ensure they meet the Client’s requirements. Screening may include:

  • Professional and skills assessments.
  • Verifying credentials, work experience, and references.
  • Ensuring alignment between the Candidate’s skills and the job requirements provided by the Client.

The Client acknowledges that, while Horeca Portal L.L.C. strives to ensure quality, the Company does not guarantee the performance, suitability, or tenure of any Candidate.

6. Changes to the Fulfillment Process

If any changes to the fulfillment process are required due to unforeseen circumstances, Horeca Portal L.L.C. will inform the Client promptly and discuss potential adjustments to timelines or service delivery.

7. Governing Law

This Fulfillment Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
